Mr. Pulver graduated from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 1999. Upon graduation from law school, he served as an Assistant Public Defender at State of Tennessee District Public Defender’s Office 6th Judicial Circuit, Knoxville, Tennessee and upon completion of his appointment, entered private practice with Ronald J. Logar, J.D. as an Associate General Counsel in 2001. Mr. Pulver became a Partner at Logar & Pulver in 2004.

Mr. Pulver is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Nevada. He is an experienced family law litigator and a licensed attorney in the States of Nevada and Tennessee. Mr. Pulver is a Counsel Member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada and lectures on family law issues as well as publishes articles on the subject. Mr. Pulver provides experienced and aggressive representation while balancing the unique needs of the parties, children, and families.
